This is the history of the first (and only) century of the existence of the Philadelphia Bible Christian Church, which was affiliated with the Bible Christian Church in Salford, England. The Bible Christian Church was an offshoot of the early New Church. It required its members to be vegetarians and to abstain from alcohol and other substances and practices deemed to be injurious to physical health. Philadelphia: J.B. Lippincott, 1922.
